Fred Wehba Biography

From Humble Beginnings

Born in February 1947, C. Frederick Wehba would start humble beginnings in Texas. Growing up in a small town known as Crowell just 190 miles northwest of Dallas, Fred learned the importance of a work ethic and the value proposition of community.

In the early days, Fred worked in the grocery store that his father owned. Fred was ingrained with a work a strong work ethic built on the pillars of faith.

Fred’s father emigrated from Lebanon at the age of 19 and taught his son Fred faith, family values, determination, hard work and persistence.

Fred joined the Boys Scouts and earned the coveted honor of Eagle Scout.

After graduating from high school, C.F Wehba attended North Texas University earning a Bachelor’’s Degree and graduated with honors.

Fred would carry on his father’’s legacy and open grocery stores – across the great state of Texas and eventually expand in to Oklahoma.

Fred met and married Susan and they went on to have 4 wonderful children. In 1989, the Wehba Family moved to California to begin a new chapter of their lives.

In 1993, Fred and Susan and started Bentley Forbes – an investment company that specialized in commercial properties. Their son, C. Frederick Wehba II, and other family members also joined Bentley Forbes as the company continued to grow.

In 2016, the Wehba Foundation was formed. This organization is focused on getting resources to faith-based non-profits and community leaders.

Fred Wehba has a unique ability to create win-win contracts. His properties are known for their elegance and breath-taking beauty.

Fred remains an active Philanthropist, Fred and Susan Wehba believe in feeding the hungry, and bringing water service to communities without potable water supply. Fred and Susan believe in faith based community building.
